- Reservations made by phone or e-mail will be only considered after proof of deposit. Until then it will be in a pre-reservation state that ends 24h prior of tour.
- In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the tour there will be 50% refund.
- In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the tour there will be not refund.
- In case of card payment request, a service fee equal to 5% of the sale amout will be charged.
- All vehicles have air-conditionning.
- All Small-Group tours depend on availability and minimum participants.
- In the 8 passengers capacity vehicles, the front middle seat has a smaller size than all the others.
- In the 4 passengers capacity vehicles, the rear middle seat has a smaller size than the others.
- LusoXperience is closed on January 1, December 24 and 25.
